Exhaust Fans Production Manufacturing

• Production Line: We have three exhaust fan production lines, which can produce 3000PCS in one day. We have 30 workers.
• Assembly: Parts are assembled either through a production line or manual assembly, incorporating motors, blades, protective covers, control panels, etc., to form complete exhaust fans.
• Quality Control: Strict quality control measures are implemented throughout the production process to ensure each product meets standards and specifications.

Finished Exhaust Fans Testing Bench

• Functional Testing: Exhaust fans undergo comprehensive functional tests to air volume, noise levels, Power, Speed, and other performance metrics.
• High voltage and ground testing.
• Motor temperature rise test.

Packaging and Shipping

• Packaging: OEM pacakage, we will confirm with the clients about all artworks details. With color box and master brown box.
• Shipment: The customer’s freight forwarder will arrange for the container to be shipped to the around world.

After-Sales Service

• Post-Sales Support: Providing installation guidance, warranty services, and technical support to customers ensures satisfaction and addresses any potential issues.
• Warranty: Two Years.
• Free accessories for large orders: such as motor, panel, blades, bottom, capacity and so on.
